BWY Transport, Inc recently purchased 60 trucks and needs drivers who are hungry to make money. The fleet consists of Kenworth T680’s. Benefits offered are Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance offered by Blue Cross & Blue Shield

• Starting pay is 22% of the linehaul, 23% after 90 days, 24% after 6 mos and 25% after 1 year (we work smarter, not harder)
• Guaranteed $800 per week (if driver is available for dispatch when legal hours apply)
• We also take $0.40 per mile on all miles for the week and the driver is paid the highest of all three pay levels (percentage, mileage or guarantee)
• Strong Operation staff with combined experience of over 50 years in trucking
• Home time every other week
• Primary lanes are Midwest, Southeast and heavy concentration between Laredo TX and Detroit MI for International business. Both import and export. (not dedicated)
• Paid vacation after a year

Driver must have a secure area to park truck and trailer on home time or commute from the closest Celadon or BWY facility.

Equipment

Trucks are 2015 KW T680’s with 10 speed transmissions. They have APU’s and are governed at 68 mph.
